About Our Water Filtration Work in Richardson

We install, test and service water filtration systems in homes around Richardson. When something you already own stops working right, our first question is whether it can be fixed. If it can, we fix it. If it can't, we tell you why and what replacing it would involve.

Why We Start With the System You Have

A lot of filtration calls start the same way. The water tastes off again, the flow at the kitchen faucet has dropped, or a system somebody put in years ago is making a new noise. Often the fix is small: a clogged sediment cartridge, a worn O-ring, a tired reverse osmosis membrane or a valve that needs cleaning.

Selling a whole new unit is easier. It is not always what your home needs. So we look at what is there first, check the parts that wear out, and give you a straight answer. If a new cartridge and a fresh seal will get you years more out of it, that is what we recommend.

Sometimes replacement is the right call. Parts may not be made anymore, a housing may be cracked, or the system may simply be the wrong type for your water. When that happens, we show you what we found and lay out the options in plain terms, so you can decide without pressure.

How We Work in Your Home

  1. 01

    Test before we recommend

We don't guess about your water. Water testing tells us what is actually in it, so a softener or an iron filter only goes in when the results call for it. Plenty of homes need less equipment than they were told.

  2. 02

    Written estimates, line by line

You see the parts and the labor before we start. If we find something new once the cabinet is open, we stop and talk with you first.

  3. 03

    Photos of what we found

A fouled cartridge or a scaled valve is easier to understand when you can see it. We show you, so the repair-or-replace answer makes sense to you and not just to us.

  4. 04

    Careful work, clean exit

We lay down drop cloths, keep water off your floors and cabinets, and haul away old filters and packaging. If you'd rather not think about cartridges again, our filter replacement and maintenance visits keep things on schedule.

Where We Work

We're based in Richardson, Texas and work in homes across the city and nearby, including Plano, Garland, Allen, Rowlett, Sachse, Murphy, Parker, Addison, Carrollton and University Park. Long, hot summers are hard on filters and the seals around them, so many of the systems we see just need fresh cartridges and O-rings rather than a full tear-out.

Our Service Areas page lists more of the towns we cover. If yours isn't there, ask when you call.
